We are excited to attend all of your events! We pride ourselves on providing a complete party package from our family to yours.  The prices below are a guideline – we at Frostbit Fins are not opposed to bartering, or working within a smaller budget so that we can share your special day with you! Feel free to message us with any questions or substitutions needed!

In-person Appearances:

Event Appearances: $100/hr

  • Meet and greet with guests, pose for photos
  • Create excitement about event and/or product.
  • Cross promotion for event via FbF Social Media

Swim with a Mermaid: $150/hr

  • Just as it says – Our Mermaid swims with you/your party!
  • Base price for up to 8 attendees, minimum of 1 hour.
  • 1/2 hour blocks available for $75, for one on one swim time!

Full Party Package:  $200/hr*

  • Base price includes up to 8 active party attendants**.
  • Includes ½ swim and ½ dry land time. (adjustable time scale depending on length of party – suggested minimum of 45 minutes swim time -more if it is a full party to ensure everyone gets time with the Mermaid.)
  • Mertales – AnneMeridia will read her favorite Mermaid tales, if time permits.

  • Pictures galore!

    • AnneMeridia loves the camera and will pose for snapshots both in and out of the water with the party attendees.
    • When available, the merwrangler on duty will take photos as well, which will be made available to the client within a week of the event.

*Party Package price does NOT include Pool Admission or other venue fees.

**Additional active attendees: $5 each.

***active attendants are those who are swimming with AnneMeridia, as well posing for pictures and participating in the party. Those helping smaller children (Parents, etc) are excluded from the count, but are welcome to join in for pictures if they like.

Spirit Lift: (Subject to availability)

Are you, or do you know, a mermaid fan who is not feeling well, or simply having a difficult time? AnneMeridia loves nothing more than to help lift the spirits of those who need her most. Dryland Visits to hospital rooms/emergency rooms, (during visiting hours, of course), Senior Homes, Hospice or other such long-term care facilities are always free of charge.

The fine print:

  • All appearances must be booked at least a week in advance, to allow Frostbit Fins to gather the necessary supplies.
  • A minimum of $25 or 20% of the total, whichever is greater, is due as down payment within 24 hours of booking to reserve your date unless other arrangements are made in advance.
  • 50% of the total is due one week prior to the appearance.
  • Remainder of fees due on appearance day.
  • It is up to the client to book the venue and let them know you have hired Frostbit Fins to appear.
  • ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED for the duration of the parties, especially while swimming. Keep in mind, while AnnMeridia is a trained swimmer and lifeguard, she will not be able to act as a life guard while performing. That is the job of those hired at the pool, and Frostbit Fins requires that additional responsible adult supervision be provided through-out the time frame of the party. The Merwranglers will do their part for AnnMeridia – the party attendees are the responsibility of the hiring party.
  • TRAVEL POLICY: Frostbit Fins will travel within 20 miles of the Kenai/Soldotna area. Further distances may be charged an additional fee to be agreed upon at time of booking. Booking a party where travel is involved requires booking a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Cancellation policy:

  • Down payment is refundable ONLY if the appearance is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the appearance. Down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE otherwise.
  • If cancellation occurs less than one week before appearance, all fees paid prior to that date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • If fees are not paid according to the above schedule without prior agreement, Frostbit Fins reserves the right to cancel the appearance entirely.
  • If Frostbit Fins cannot make the appearance and cancels, full refunds will be made under the following circumstances:
    • Mermaid Sickness
    • Inclement weather that makes the party impossible to attend.
    • Emergency situations requiring immediate attention.
    • ALL POSSIBLE CARE will be taken to avoid cancellations on the part of Frostbit Fins.

PLEASE NOTE: Appearance Contract must be signed at the time of booking/down-payment stating your understanding of all the above as outlined here and on the contract, itself.

Outside of contracted appearances, prices and policies are subject to change at the discretion of Frostbit Fins, without prior notice. All changes within a contracted appearance will be made known immediately between contracted parties, and done only when it involves a safety issue or concern.
